I do find myself to be quite sleep deprived. I try to sleep more on weekends if I don’t go out.

This post came at the exact right time - I'm on deadline for an article and procrastinating on writing it. My go-to for background music is usually elevator music - the cafe jazz playlists on YouTube are my jam. But I've tried the Green Noise track and quite like it. Also, I appreciate your Patrick Bateman-level commitment to skincare - please drop your skin routine next!
