GM all! Iโve been writing this newsletter just about everyday for the last two months, and what turned into an experiment has proven to be an amazing side project. With that in mind, I thought it was time to properly brand it. So today I am unveiling the new name of this newsletter, โWho Do You Know?โ
Succinctly, this newsletter will cover the hottest people, places, and things you need to know about across business, tech, fashion, food, and culture. From news, to interviews with founders, to diving deep on the latest TikTok trend, I want to provide an look inside spaces waiting just behind closed doors. Thatโs the elevator pitch, and if you know of anyone who would find this useful, please share so they can subscribe.

Is Elon Musk on Drugs?
Over the weekend, the WSJ posted an article detailing Elon Muskโs alleged drug use. From weed, cocaine, and LSD, the divisive Space X and Tesla founder is allegedly getting LIT, showing up to an all-hands gonneeeeee off something. Not sure if this is true, he is denying the allegations, but youโd be fooling yourself to think some of the worldโs leading business leaders arenโt partying as hard as they work.
Brands Capitalizing on Jeremy Allen Whiteโs CK Campaign
My last newsletter detailed the new Jeremy Allen White campaign for Calvin Klein, and over the weekend I had many female friends share thoughts. One simply replied, โhis assโ Okay then. Either way, itโs got people talking and some brands are being savvy to capitalize on the discourse. Away cleverly posted this fun social post of an Away suitcase wearing CK on a roof.
This is fun. Brands do social well when they cleverly capitalize on the cultural lexicon, implying they are โin the knowโ. Super easy, and generated a ton of impressions.
I Love Gucci Ancora
Gucciโs new creative director, Sabato De Sarno, is taking the brand in a fresh, new direction with Gucci Ancora. The new campaign photos are strikingly good to me. I really love this direction, and am curious as to how this will sell in the coming months.
ACW x Nike Collaboration
As someone who used to be a โsneakerheadโ so to speak, I really have lost all interest in anything Nike is producing. While I am a Nike loyalist for running shoes, none of their recent output is in my daily rotation for lifestyle wear. The collabs I find to be childish and lame.
BUT, I am very intrigued by these new A Cold Wall x Nike TN shoes reportedly dropping this year. The new distressed, paint covered look is sort of sick. Not loving how they appear to be laceless, but I will keep my eyes out for these.
Golden Globes Thoughts
I donโt watch award shows but obviously am inundated with content on social, but Iโm not looking into it too much. Hereโs what I know

Jennifer Lawrence (crush) had a funny look-in-the-camera moment
Bradley Cooperโs 6 year prep for Maestro isnโt panning out
Lily Gladstone from Killers of the Flower Moon won an award. People are using this photo of her to prognosticate sheโll win an Oscar. Sure, I love when a school superlative comes true. I was voted most likely to succeed in high school and that is true. LOL.
